I must say, I'm slightly concerned about Roger performance so far in RG. He's been playing his C game in both matches, if this goes on, he might not even make the semis. It's fair to say Ungur was playing well for his standards after upsetting Nalbandian in the 1st Rd and he'd never played Roger before.

Roger was looking fine in the first two sets taking them 6-3 6-2, he saved two set points at 4-5 in the third, forced the set into a tiebreak. He played some 1st strike tennis and held two match points at 6-4. A small loss of concentration prevented him from sealing the match and Ungur fought back to win the tiebreak 8-6.

But Roger had had enough. He broke Ungur again in the fourth set and served out the match 6-3 to reach the third round and breaking Jimmy Connors record of Grand Slam wins (234).

Its going to be tough for Roger to win RG, definitely. Berdych looks extremely strong and so does Rafa as usual, straight set wins for both. Roger's gonna have to really play some peRFect tennis next week.

"Even though I won the first set 6-3 with a solid break, I knew that if he was to get in the match, it would be more difficult, and he had many opportunities during the second set. In the third set I made wrong decisions. He got in the match, and he played a very good third set. Then he relaxed a bit at the beginning of the fourth set, which was quite crucial."
